Saltwater Production Manager

Northern Harvest Sea Farms NL Ltd. is a dynamic aquaculture company in southern Newfoundland that is growing and we are seeking a Saltwater Production Manager to join our team. This person will have a strong hands-on background in salmon farming, and be responsible for all aspects of feed management, husbandry practices and fish health monitoring. Important will be the ability to mentor farm site managers and the capacity to deliver practical training to staff. Proven commercial aquaculture production and management experience is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
